• Have a willingness to learn new things, different perspectives, and experiences.

• Be honest. Be vocal. Participate. Provide constructive critique when necessary. Take part in the discovery and mining for gems.

• Practice patience and tactfulness.

• Be kind to yourself and others. Self depreciation ain’t cute!

• Work is REQUIRED. It is not always difficult, but evolution always demands a degree of effort.

• Progress is expected.

• Growth is mandatory. Please note that introspection is a necessary step in the growth process. “Check yourself, before you wreck yourself.”
