#FragranceFriday: The Perfume Series
The Peridot’s Style presents the Fragrance Friday series. On Fridays The Peridot will showcase a variety of “smell goods.’ An array of Eau de Parfum, candles, oils, and fresh flowers. Our first series is all about the Eau de Parfum. We love a signature scent.
First up is Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl Eau de Parfum Légère. “A fresher, bold evolution of the iconic Good Girl fragrance. A glamorous symbol of empowerment. Embrace your good side — and bad — in a luminous sophisticated fragrance.” www.carolinaherrera.com

Prada Candy Eau de Parfum is impossible to ignore. She is “explosive, excessive, and sensual, this fragrance is an explosion of shocking pink and gold, combining, in excessive proportions White Musks, noble Benzoin, and a touch of Caramel, that accord to give the fragrance a truly unique signature.” www.prada.com
The final fragrance feature of this series is a dedication to the quintessential body oil perfumes. Discovering your signature scent can be a monumental moment in a young person’s life. When I was in high school, I would become light headed from smelling every tiny bottle on the shelves of my local beauty supply store, searching for the perfect flavor.
I love warm and musky, not to be confused with musty, scents. Amber White and Egyptian Musk are among my personal favorites. An honorable mention is owed to Pink Sugar.
Head on down to your local beauty supply or your local oil lady, and take a whiff of these tried and true fragrances.
A combination of Egyptian Musk and Palmer’s Cocoa Butter is an undefeated sweet melody of smell goodness.
